Alex lets talk about the 10 to 15 other cars on this road and valkrie that you are not reporting. That also look "abandoned" that actually have bad registration, and are actually posing a risk. Send chp one more time for an issue they cant resolve and ill be filling a harasment complaint with local law. And disruption of government operations.

Read California Vehicle Code §22651(k). You cannot keep your project on the public street. You can keep it on your private property. I do not have anything against you or your car. You had this car blocking plows during the winter, and plenty of time to find a proper way to park it. I suggest you move it.

It was in my driveway after i got it out of impound from your first complaint. All during snowmageddon it was in my driveway. It just recently went back on the street. I have cameras around my house that can prove that. But yes it will be moved. I intend to get it to top of the driveway so i can finish the project this year. Dont know if your new up here but normally we take complqints straight to owner of said object. And find a way to solve it and not get law inforcement involved unless needed. Or leave a note with a message of contact info. Id like to be a helpfull neighbor and keep everyone happy and live in a stress free community of loving neighbors that can get along and communicate. Jeep will be moved by end of day today, possibly tomorrow afternoon before storm hits.

So please stop claiming it as abandoned. Its registered with current ca registration, and i work on it time from time. And it gets moved here and there. So leaglly its not abandoned.

Thank you for keeping it off the street Addam. 72 hour rule applies to all public roads not just highways. I understand that this is your project but not everyone is pleased by it disintegrating on the side of the road.

I just got off phone with chp. They said the 72 hour rule only applies to highway not residential. Down in san bernardino that is incorporated into the city yes that applies. Call them your self. There are more than 3 houses on this street, and other neighbors mentioned this issue as well as county officer when he was putting yet another notice on your car which you have ignored. Literally no one else on the street parks their projects on the street except for you. I hope you will respect your neighbors and keep your project off the public road. Thank you.

The 8 immediate neighbors that I know because I am one and have been here for a very long time all say they don’t care. However, it will be tacken care of litigious.

Vehicles have been moved a few weeks ago. Other neighbors in trucks letting vehicles just sit on road for past 4 days. Hey Alex what happened to 72 hours(registered just like mine where). Told you that you had something against me. And their sitting in the intersection.

As I mentioned before, I have nothing against you or your vehicle.
