Within the last year - the home owner on 39th & Locust has been changing the landscape of their front yard. I have a 4 door sedan - when I attempt to turn right onto Locust Lane from 39th - My view is quite obstructed by the bushes placed near the road - When these bushes mature - I feel there will be multiple accidents because the visibility to see other motorist on Locust Lane is obstructed.
