the pedestrian signal to cross church street on the north side of crown street does not last long enough for people with mobility issues to cross. the traffic light for cars lasts about 90 seconds, and pedestrians only get 10 seconds to cross five lanes. This is a major pedestrian intersection with multiple bus stops, shops, and gateway CC nearby, and should be safely usable by people of all ability levels.
