Now that is obviously storm damage. I've seen people taking out bushes from their property and putting it in front of their homes for down limb storm damage pickup. Hope the city workers can tell the difference from storm damage and citizens taking advantage of. Pick up downed limbs/trees, leave those purposely cut bushes in front of the homes so these people know they can't get away with taking advantage and chancing FEMA help denials
