This buidling and the building on corner of 9th and Jefferson are covered with Graffiti. On Tuesday night, around 11pm, the protest in Oakland was in full swing. We saw a group of young people about 7-10 of them running around 9th street and Jefferson. They were tagging the buildings in that area. They even tried to climb the trellis roof at 821 jefferson. These people are mostly white I think. They were undeterred by passing cars. Thought about calling the police but knew they were very busy with the looting and protests.
