  Thank you for your inquiry. In the past when the issue of the shed was brought up, Planning did not consider it a violation. Staff may check with them again on the reported issue. The property owner may park vehicles on the property. The City does not have a regulation for unpaved parking that covers the entire parcel. Zoning regulations only require the "driveway" to be paved and this is considered the first 18' into the property from the front property line. If the vehicles are beyond this distance, they are not required to be parked on pavement.
