Screws holding down crosswalk pads in the Midbroadwell roundabout are protruding over an inch above the surface. There are numerous screws that have worked their way out. These pose a trip hazard to pedestrians. They also can rip open a dog's foot while crossing through the crosswalk with their owner. These require immediate attention. There are several other pads nearby that are also showing loose mounting screws. Would an industrial adhesive be a better choice for a more secure and less hazardous mounting?
