Since the sign is on your property, you have every right to take it down and throw it away.

Here's a picture of it. Clearly you can see that I have two other signs in my yard for Democrats whom I am supporting and gave permission to post their signs in my yard. I did not give Mr. Pollaco or anyone in his campaign to do this.

Since there is no contact information on their website -- no phone number or email. You are not able to contact the campaign people at all. Since I could not call them, I posted a note on their Facebook page. In fact, I posted it three times. Each time they "deleted" my comment and request it within five minutes. It takes a real, live human being to do that. It is clear they got the message and have chosen to ignore it. The person who "deleted" my messages could have easily sent a note stating they would come remove it, but they never even contacted me to even find out the address.

Easy....walk outside, pull the sign out and toss it away. Why wait for someone to come.

Polacco came by yesterday evening and picked up the sign. From what I understand, his "people" were told to just put the sign in the neighbor's yard, and they put one in both yards. However, that doesn't change the fact that he has no contact info either email or phone on his mayor campaign website to resolve issues like this.

Did you explain this to him , in a respectful manner. I've met him in the past and he is a very nice man, sincere. You still seem to harbour anger, let it go and you might feel better. It is done.

I am not harboring any anger. The issue is over and done. However, he does need to put contact info on his website. That's just common sense. If you are running for public office, then the public should be able to contact you. That has nothing to do with anger. I've closed the issue. It's resolved. Thanks.
