The piece of concrete that is formed around the sewer grate has cracked and has sank fairly low,. Part of the concrete has dropped about 5"-6" and may collapse completely under the weight of heavy vehicle. Unless you know it's there, you cannot see this at night and more people tend to hit it at night.
