They are way behind schedule! Tearing up the same places over and over again. To say they are working out there almost everyday doesn't cut it when I see them standing around doing nothing, throwing their trash in people's yards, knocking out utility lines by accident, etc. We have been "dealing with it" for a long time now. They need to get the lead out and get this job done.
