I called Mayor Quan's office & was referred to Arturo Sanchez 510.238.7542 last Thursday. So far, no call back but I would suggest that if more & more people start calling (& keep calling) we might get some response to this longstanding problem. Derek English from DPW 510-434-5130 was helpful last month but he acknowledged that his hands were tied & than he could only continue to do clean ups at this location
