About every 20 feet there is a dip or bump from where a hole was dug up in the street from I40 to 20th Street. This is very hard on the cars. Please get this stretch of Church St. re- paved. It needs it BAD!!!

Metro Public Works has received the request below concerning Church Street. The pavement conditions in this area are the result of water line repairs being conducted by Metro Water. Once these repairs have been completed, the private contractor conducting the work is responsible for restoring the street pavement with a smooth riding surface. Public Works will monitor their work to ensure it is done properly.
