Debbie, they are not trash, but yell at the ACLU if you have a Problem, they are the ones that make it hard to remove them.

If the ACLU is the problem then let the Mayor tell us so. But as usual nothing but silence comes from that office. We the taxpaying public deserve some truth and honesty for a change. A response should be forthcoming but I won't hold my breath.

Fence the entire easement off between I-40 and park. Make homeless go somewhere else.
