Thanks for the response, Jose. Per the same municipal code, once made aware, the Public Works Director is to notify the property owner of the need for repair of the sidewalk, and failure of the property owner to commence repair of the sidewalk within two weeks of being notified will result in the City repairing it and billing the property owner for the costs of the repair. Has notification been made to the property owner? If not, when will that be occurring? If notification has been made, what date was it made? If the property owner has been notified and has not responded, when will the City commence the repair work?

And yet the problem persists, there has been no progress on repairs.

Nearly 1 year later now...Has the property owner been notified? Has/is the city taking action?
