This has been going on for years and no one does anything because it is all night - NIGHT long; they let their dogs out, during the daytime - this house reeks of manure, feces are washed down the driveway by a little girl the tries to clean up the dog messes. We can't enjoy our a walk in our own neighborhood; the smell is so bad it does smell like death. There is also trash; washing machine, broken table outside; BBQ grill that they use during the night with head lamps on. It's a nuisance to the neighborhood. They do this at night so Animal Control can't see it. The police aren't called. With windows open at night; they noise as well as smell coming from that house is toxic.
