There is a section of street about 4 feet by six feet that is progressively sinking deeper and deeper in the middle of the street. One must drive around it or risk bottoming out the car. Now water is leaking up through the curb adjacent to the hole. Homeowners at that location claim that the source of water is not on their side of the residential water meters. Please inspect, repair hile and identify source of water.
