Multiple 8-wheeler trucks are unloading dirt that is being dropped down south hillside & then compacted with base rock to what “appears” to be for widening & flattening #407 property. Is this safe for downhill properties & downhill roads? Has a permit been approved for this property? Does this type of dirt movement require a permit?
