Rosalind, ok, so where does this leave us? It's not my building material. I don't think it's anyone's building material. It just seems to be a big, heavy piece of metal. I can't lift it. It won't fit in my car to take to the dump. The regular trash pick-up won't take it. So what happens now? It sits there for the rest of time?

And why does it take nearly a month for someone to tell me, "Hey, not my problem!"?

Again, this is pretty frustrating and disappointing. Will someone at the city take some ownership and initiative here?
