    German Shepard outside 24/7/365 barking an extrem amount of time daily and nightly!

    Dog distress barked incessantly from 11-11:50pm. She then intermittently barked every few minutes until at least 2:00am when I finally fell asleep with earplugs and white noise. She is often left outside for hours at night regardless of weather. She is a lab with a very loud bark. This has been a recurring problem at this house for years and it is clearly distressing to the dog and very disruptive to neighbors. Last Thursday she also barked from 11-11:45pm. Other neighbors have previously reported this issue as well.

    The caller reports an abundance of chicken in the back- about 11 of them and they are walking around and poop all over. There is, again, the ;possibility of the flies and rats as the weather warms up. This was an issue last year.
