These two cars have been parked for a week without moving. One is a white Ford expedition. The other is a hummer. They never move - as you know parking is a premium in this neighborhood and everybody moves their cars except for these two.

Green van does not move every three days, it has been in the same spot for 3 months.

Red and white van does not move every 3 days.
