    There are no speed limit signs posted on Brooks Road spanning from Saybrook Road to Tollgate Road. People use this as a racetrack and speed down Brooks Road with no regard for safety of the residents that use that road. Without speed limit signs, it is impossible to enforce any speed monitoring by law enforcement. Not that Police ever patrol that street, but they need to and maybe enforce posted speed limit signs if there were signs posted.
