It's been a month since a complaint has been filed. The pile of junk is still there. And the letter that you sent went to the previous owner in Florida. Any updates?

Long grass. Multiple vehicles and lawn mowers in backyard. Burn pit

This property is completely overgrown and the lawn has not been mowed in months. The growth on the other side of the car is even worse than the front of the house is.

The Peking Express owners have not mowed the lawn in 2 years and the weeds are growing all around the building. In addition, there are barrels and other types of containers used to store water that just breed mosquito's. Also the paint is peeling on the garage behind the main building.

The parking lot on spring has so much garbage after winter and no one is taking responsibility to clean it Makes the street look awful

The fence on the property where we rent is rotted and with the recent wind have blown over into the neighbors yard. There was a maintenance request put in to the landlord but no response. The fence is rotted, has rusted nails poking out.

Extremely overgrown vegetation on this property.

1st house on Connecticut Ave has had druggies in it before. Now,the plywood is torn away from west-facing windows and they are back inside! These homes need to be addressed,torn down or made livable....they are a nusince to our community as an invitation to vagrant-types.
