The whole sidewalk is a trip hazard but it was the curb stone towering over the sunken asphalt that caused me to trip and fall into the street. Thank goodness there was no traffic at the time

Unshoveled sidewalk - city has to shovel this or DCR, it’s only way for pedestrians to get round this area

There are a number of missing brick pavers forming a very large and potentislly dangerous pothole in the pedestrian plaza at Haymarket. The location of the hole is between the entrance/exit for the Green and Orange T lines and the crosswalk at Surface Rd. on the way to the North End. The hole formed by the missing bricks is both large and deep enough to cause a severe injury should someone step into it. Please replace the brick pavers.

Damaged sidewalk

Right outside the ticket booth for the ferry is a gaping hole in the plank that someone is going to sue the city over if they get hurt! Tourists, commuters and city dwellers all walk these piers. Please fix this.

Not sure what this is called but the bumpy warning area is broken, I observed someone trip on it Monday afternoon May 27

Big spalled section all the way across the sidewalk.

Beginning of south west corridor path is very bumpy, broken pavement and bricks. Hard on the bike, imagine hard in a wheelchair or something similar. Lots of trash and human feces

raised bolts in the ground represent a trip hazard and need to be removed ASAP. the city needs to do a better job of cleaning up after moving signage posts

Large hole in sidewalk

Open manhole cover on sidewalk. Has been like this for over two weeks
